Module Set
The on-site process of placing factory-built modules onto the building foundation using cranes.
Module set (or module setting) is the critical on-site phase where factory-built modules are lifted by crane and placed onto the prepared foundation or onto previously set modules. A well-planned module set can place 6-12 modules per day for a mid-rise building. Logistics planning, crane selection, and weather windows are key factors in successful module set operations.
