Panelized Construction

A prefab method where flat wall, floor, and roof panels are manufactured off-site and assembled on-site.

Panelized construction involves manufacturing flat building components — wall panels, floor cassettes, and roof sections — in a factory. These panels are shipped to the site and assembled into the building structure. Panelized systems offer more design flexibility than volumetric modular while still providing significant schedule and quality advantages over stick-built construction.
