Permanent Modular Construction (PMC)
Modular buildings designed and built to the same codes and standards as conventional buildings for permanent use.
Permanent Modular Construction produces buildings intended for long-term, permanent use — as opposed to relocatable or temporary structures. PMC buildings must meet all applicable local building codes, including IBC/IRC, and are indistinguishable from site-built structures once completed. PMC is used for multifamily housing, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and commercial buildings.
